Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These general terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases made on the website www.ornawall.com (the “Site”), operated under the name “Ornawall”. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the Terms. Please read them carefully before you buy.
1. Who sells
The seller is Shahin GHARBI, a French sole trader (micro-entreprise), whose business address is 443 rue des Combes, 73000 Chambéry, France.
- SIRET: 903 950 210 00018
- VAT: not applicable under Article 293 B of the French Code général des impôts; prices are shown without VAT
- Email: info@ornawall.com
- Phone and WhatsApp: +33 7 82 21 49 93
In the Terms, “we” and “the Seller” mean Shahin Gharbi; “you” and “the Customer” mean the person who makes the purchase.
2. Scope
The Terms apply to all orders for wall panels, wallpaper and adhesives placed on the Site for delivery in the following countries:
- Zone 1: United Kingdom;
- Zone 2: European Union (Ireland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Finland);
- Zone 3: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia;
- Zone 4: Gulf (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
We do not deliver to any other country. The Terms are intended for consumers, that is, individuals who buy for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, to whom the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence apply.
The Seller operates by dropshipping: products are not shipped from a warehouse of ours but from partner suppliers, often from China. That is why delivery takes place some time after the order (see Article 7).
3. Product descriptions
Each product page states the essential characteristics of the item precisely: quantity, dimensions, material and colour. The product you receive must match what the product page said at the time of your order. We advise you to read the whole product page and to check the dimensions against the wall you want to cover before you buy.
4. Prices, discounts, shipping costs and taxes
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site for your country. No VAT is charged (Article 293 B of the French Code général des impôts).
- Shipping costs depend on your delivery zone, and shipping is free from the amount shown for your zone. The total to pay, shipping included, is shown on the checkout page, before you confirm your order:
- Zone 1, United Kingdom: shipping €4.90 (converted into your local currency at checkout); free for orders of €39 or more.
- Zone 2, European Union (Ireland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Finland): shipping €4.90 (converted into your local currency at checkout); free for orders of €39 or more.
- Zone 3, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia: shipping €4.90 (converted into your local currency at checkout); free for orders of €39 or more.
- Zone 4, Gulf (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): shipping €4.90 (converted into your local currency at checkout); free for orders of €39 or more.
- Quantity discounts are applied automatically on the Site: 10% with 2 units, 15% with 3 units, 20% with 4 or more units.
- Customs, import duties and taxes: The price you pay at checkout is final. If a carrier or customs office ever asks you to pay import duties or taxes on delivery, contact us before paying: we will refund the amount.. See also the “Shipping and delivery” page.
- The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order. Later changes to prices on the Site do not apply to orders already placed.
5. How an order is concluded
To order, you add the products to your cart, enter your delivery details, choose the payment method and confirm the order. Before confirming, you can review and correct the details you have entered. By completing the order you undertake to pay the price shown. The contract is concluded when you complete the order with payment; confirmation of the order is sent to you by email. You are responsible for making sure that the delivery address and contact details you give us are correct.
6. Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of the order, by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment in instalments and payment on delivery are not accepted. Payments are handled through the Shopify platform and its payment service providers.
7. Method of sale and deferred delivery
Because the products are shipped by suppliers after the order, the sale is made with deferred delivery. For your protection, the sale follows these clear rules:
- Price paid in full when you place the order. The price is fixed at the time of purchase and cannot be increased after payment.
- Product precisely described. The quantity, dimensions, material and colour are stated on the product page and form the subject of the contract.
-
Maximum delivery time shown before purchase. Delivery takes place within the times below, counted from payment, according to your delivery zone; the maximum is the longer figure. The time is shown on the Site before you complete the purchase:
- Zone 1, United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days; maximum 15 business days.
- Zone 2, European Union (Ireland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Finland): 7 to 15 business days; maximum 15 business days.
- Zone 3, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia: 7 to 15 business days; maximum 15 business days.
- Zone 4, Gulf (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 7 to 15 business days; maximum 15 business days.
- If the product is no longer available or cannot be delivered within the time, we will tell you and you choose: to wait for delivery or to receive a full refund of what you paid for the products not delivered (if we do not deliver the complete order, the shipping costs too).
- No substitution without your consent. We will never send a product different from the one you ordered (different in model, dimensions, material or colour) without your written agreement.
- No penalty and no interest. If there is a delay or the product is unavailable, even when you choose the refund, we do not charge you any penalties, interest, surcharges or other costs.
The refund is made without undue delay, using the same payment method as the order. These commitments are in addition to the rights that the law gives you as a consumer (including those provided by the law of your country of residence in the event of non-delivery or late delivery) and do not limit them. For more details on delivery, see the “Shipping and delivery” page.
8. Delivery
Delivery is made to the countries listed in Article 2, with tracked shipping, that is, with a tracking code, within the times shown in Article 7 for your delivery zone, counted from payment. If the maximum delivery time has passed and the parcel has not arrived, you can choose between waiting for delivery and a refund, as explained in Article 7. All the information is on the “Shipping and delivery” page.
9. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason. In the European Union the law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into the law of your country) provides 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. In the United Kingdom the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013”) provide a cancellation right of 14 days from receipt of the goods. We extend the right of withdrawal to 30 calendar days from receipt for all our customers who are consumers. We ask you to return the product unused and in its packaging; if you have handled it more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you are liable only for any loss in value. Return costs are at your expense, except where the product is defective or non-conforming, in which case they are borne by the Seller. The refund is made without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return (or, if earlier, from the day you prove that you have sent it back), using the same payment method. The full conditions and a model withdrawal form are on the “Returns and refunds policy” page.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the products under the law of your country of residence. All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the law of your country of residence (at least 2 years from delivery in the European Union). In the United Kingdom, you also have your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (among other things, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose); nothing in the Terms affects these rights. If the product is defective or does not match the product page, write to us at info@ornawall.com, stating your order number and attaching a few photos: we will tell you how to proceed.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data to manage your order and for the other purposes described in the “Privacy policy”. The use of cookies is described in the “Cookie policy”.
12. Governing law, complaints and dispute resolution
- Governing law. The Terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the law of your country of residence, nor of the possibility of bringing proceedings before the courts of your place of residence, where the law so provides.
- Complaints. For any problem, write to us at info@ornawall.com or contact us on WhatsApp on +33 7 82 21 49 93: we will look for a solution quickly and amicably.
- Alternative dispute resolution. If we have not been able to resolve the problem, as a consumer you can refer it to a competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body for consumer disputes, where one is available in your country.
13. Language and changes
The Terms are written in English. We may update them: each order is governed by the Terms in force at the time you place it.
