Flower wall stickers
Flower, plant and tree wall stickers bring blossoming cherry and peach branches, monstera and tropical leaves, potted plants and green trees to your wall. Several designs are watercolour and some come in a large format.
You will find other designs among the wall stickers and the nursery wall stickers.
Frequently asked questions
Do flower wall stickers damage the wall when you remove them?
It depends mostly on the paint. On a well-painted, dry wall, the removable designs come off by warming them with a hairdryer and pulling slowly; if any trace of glue is left, try lukewarm water and mild soap. On old paint, limewash or paint that crumbles, some colour may come off too: if you rent, test first in a hidden corner.
How long should you wait before applying a sticker to a freshly painted wall?
Wait at least three weeks. The paint looks dry after a few hours, but it keeps releasing moisture for days: if you apply the sticker too soon, the adhesive grips less and the edges lift, or else, when you peel it off, it takes the fresh paint with it. Before applying it, wipe the wall with a dry cloth to remove dust and check that it is not cold or damp to the touch.
Are there wall stickers with roses, dandelions or a tree of life?
No, this collection has no designs dedicated to roses, dandelions or the tree of life. The pink flowers you will find are the climbing ones with tree branches, the peach branches and the cherry blossom. If you are looking for a tree to put in the centre of the wall, the closest designs to the tree of life are the large PVC family tree and the green tree with leaves and birds. Before you order, always look at the photos on the product page.
Can you put flower stickers in the bathroom or the kitchen?
Yes, on a wall that does not get water directly. In the kitchen, keep them away from the hob and the sink, because steam, grease and heat weaken the adhesive. In the bathroom, avoid the shower cubicle and the area around the basin: water that gets under the edges makes them peel off. After a shower, open the window or switch on the extractor fan and let the room dry well.
Do flower and leaf stickers also stick to rough walls?
They hold well on smooth walls painted with washable or semi-washable paint. On raw, scratched or stippled plaster, the sticker touches the wall at only a few points and the edges soon lift. It also grips less on wallpaper and, when you remove it, you risk tearing the wallpaper. If the wall is rough, choose another spot in the room or a smooth wall nearby.
