3D stone effect wall panels in PU: size and material
Each panel measures 25 × 45 cm, is 2 cm thick and covers about 0.11 m². With 5 pieces you get about 0.56 m² and with 10 pieces about 1.13 m²: to cover 1 m² you need 9 panels. Each set contains panels of the same model, in the quantity you choose.
The material is PU, a plastic. The surface has an irregular relief, with higher and lower areas, which gives a rock effect: it is a visual effect, not real stone. The supplier does not state the weight of the panels or whether they are rigid or flexible. For a large wall, allow a few extra panels for cuts.
How to fit the self-adhesive panels
The supplier describes them as self-adhesive but does not include fitting instructions, so here are some general tips. Clean and dry the wall, which should be smooth, solid and free of dust. A panel 2 cm thick weighs more than a thin sticker: on crumbling render or flaking paint, the adhesive will not hold, so check the wall first. Use a level to draw a starting line and lay the panels out dry to choose the arrangement.
Then press firmly over the whole surface of each panel. Before covering an entire wall, fix a single panel and check it after a few days. An honest tip: a strong adhesive can take some paint or render with it when removed.
8 stone effect wall panel models: from white to black
The “Model” menu has 8 colours:
- Model 1: sand, light brown
- Model 2: cream white
- Model 3: light taupe beige
- Model 4: greyish sage green
- Model 5: dark grey-brown
- Model 6: anthracite grey
- Model 7: black
- Model 8: white
In the photos the panels are placed in staggered rows, like a brick wall, or in a chequerboard with two colours, for example black and white. Each set contains a single model: for a two-colour effect, order one set of each. Tones may look different from the photos, because of the screen and the light.
Where to use stone effect wall panels
The photos show them on a living room wall, behind a small table with a lamp and flowers. The same idea works for a headboard, a corner of the entrance hall, the wall behind a sofa or behind a desk: dry areas where you want to add texture to a flat wall.
The supplier states that the panels are not water-resistant: avoid the shower, the area around the sink and walls that get wet. We have no data on heat or fire, so do not use them near stoves or fireplaces.

Frequently asked questions
How many panels do I need for my wall?
One panel covers about 0.11 m². Measure the width and height of the wall, multiply them to get square metres, then multiply by 9: for 1 m² you need 9 panels and for 3 m² about 27, that is three sets of 10. Add a few extra pieces for cuts. The sets come in 1, 5 or 10 panels.
Can they be used in the bathroom or kitchen?
The supplier states the panels are not water-resistant, so we advise against the shower, the sink area and any area that gets wet. In a dry bathroom or kitchen, away from splashes and steam, the decision is yours: we have no data on humidity or heat and cannot promise how they will perform.
Are they heavy? Is the adhesive enough to hold them?
The supplier does not state the weight. The panels are self-adhesive and 2 cm thick: on a smooth, solid and clean wall the adhesive is the intended method, but we have no evidence of how it holds over time. For safety, fix one panel, check it after a few days and then carry on.
Can I mix different models?
Yes, but each set contains one model only: to mix them, order one set per model, of 1, 5 or 10 pieces. The photos show staggered rows and two-colour chequerboards, for example black and white. Before fixing them, lay them out dry on the floor to see the effect.
Can they be removed without damaging the wall?
The adhesive is designed to stay put. When a panel is removed, it may take some paint or render with it, or leave residue, especially on walls painted recently. We have no data on how to remove them, so if in doubt, test first with a single panel in a less visible spot.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after payment; you receive the tracking number by email. The maximum delivery time is 15 business days: if it is not met, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.
Can I return the product?
Yes: you have 30 days from delivery to return the unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. All the details are in the return policy.
How can I pay?
You pay the full amount when you order, with the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not offer instalments or cash on delivery.
