Roll of self-adhesive foam wallpaper with brown and orange stone effect, with a living room in the background

Self-adhesive wallpaper: size and material

Each order contains one roll of 70 × 1000 cm, that is, about 7 m² of surface. The material is a synthetic foam: the supplier's text mentions XPE foam, while the technical sheet says EPP, so we cannot tell you with certainty which one it is. In the photos the paper has a clearly visible brick relief. The supplier does not give the thickness and allows a size tolerance of 1-3 cm. Colour on screen may look a little different from the real thing. All rolls have the same size: only the model changes.

How to fit the self-adhesive wallpaper

The back has a film that you remove, with the adhesive underneath. The supplier advises cleaning and drying the wall well before you start, and using no tools for fitting. Peel off the film gradually, place the paper on the wall and smooth it carefully, pushing air bubbles out as you work down. The supplier's photos show scissors for cutting. An honest tip: a strong adhesive may take some paint off when peeled. On a damp or mouldy wall the adhesive grips poorly, so fix the cause first.

Roll of white self-adhesive wallpaper with raised bricks, Model A, with a living room in the background

Seven models, from white to stone

Models A, C and D have single-colour raised bricks: A is white, C light blue and D grey. Models E, F and G reproduce stone in thin slabs, with a coloured print: E in beige, F in brown and orange, G in dark grey. Model H is cream, with green ivy leaves printed over the bricks. The supplier does not say which rooms suit one model better than another, so choose according to the colour of the room.

Where to use brick effect wallpaper

The supplier suggests it for accent walls, the wall behind the TV, the back of a sofa, living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, children's rooms, staircases and dining rooms. The photos show it behind a sofa and behind a television, in a living room and in a bedroom with bunk beds. For the kitchen the supplier gives no information on heat or water, so keep it away from hobs and naked flames. For an accent wall, measure the height and width: the strips are 70 cm wide, so one 10 m roll gives four strips of 2.5 m.

Frequently asked questions

How much wall does one roll cover?

One roll of 70 cm × 10 m covers about 7 m². For a wall 2.5 m high you get 4 strips of 2.5 m, which is about 2.8 m of width. For a wall 3 m wide you need 5 strips, or two rolls. If you have to cut around doors and windows, allow a few extra centimetres for each strip.

What material is it made of exactly?

It is a synthetic foam. The supplier's text refers to XPE foam and the technical sheet to EPP: these are two different materials, and we cannot tell you which one is correct. The thickness is not stated. The photos show a brick relief, so it is worth testing a small piece first.

Can it be removed without damaging the wall?

The supplier describes it as easy to fit and remove, but we cannot guarantee that it will leave no marks, as this depends on the wall and on how long it has been up. On a painted wall, some paint may come off or residue may stay behind. Test a small piece in a hidden spot first.

Can I use it in the kitchen?

The supplier lists it among the uses, but gives no information on heat or water, so we make no claims about that. If you fit it in the kitchen, keep it away from hobs, flames and direct splashes, and choose an area where the wall stays dry. For a splashback next to the hob, choose another material.

How do I clean it?

The supplier does not say how to clean it. For a textured foam surface, use a dry or barely damp cloth, without rubbing hard and without harsh products, because dust collects in the joints between the bricks. Test a corner first, especially on the models with a coloured print.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after payment; you receive the tracking number by email. The maximum delivery time is 15 business days: if it is not met, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Can I return the product?

Yes: you have 30 days from delivery to return the unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. All the details are in the return policy.

How can I pay?

You pay the full amount when you order, with the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not offer instalments or cash on delivery.
