Stone effect wall panels: size and material
The pack contains 10 identical sheets, in the variant you choose. Each sheet measures 30 × 30 cm and is 0.3 cm thick: a light, flexible PVC, embossed in relief to reproduce stones and joints. One sheet covers 0.09 m², so 10 sheets cover 0.9 m² of wall. The edges are cut to follow the outline of the stones, so the sheets fit together and the joint is less visible.
The supplier recommends allowing about 10% extra for cuts and ordering all the sheets together, because different batches may vary slightly in colour. For a 2 m² wall you therefore need about 25 sheets, that is, 3 packs.
How to fit self-adhesive wall panels
Clean and dry the wall thoroughly; if it has been painted recently, the supplier advises waiting up to three weeks. Plan the layout and cut the sheets where needed with a craft knife or scissors. Then peel off the film and join each sheet to the previous one, matching the cut edges. Run a plastic spatula over the whole surface, pressing hard along the joints, which are recessed. The day after fitting, the supplier advises going over the joints again with the spatula, pressing firmly. Suitable surfaces are smooth paint, ceramic tile, glass, metal and wood; the supplier advises against unpainted plasterboard, rough plaster, brick, stone and greasy surfaces.
Retro, Grey or Brown: three stone effects
The three variants share the same format but have a different design. Grey reproduces long, thin stones laid in strips, with an orderly, modern look that works well with white kitchens and light wood. Retro has square-cut stones of different sizes in sand and beige tones, with light joints, for a country wall look. Brown has irregular slabs in warm tones, separated by dark joints, for a rustic effect. All have a matt finish with no shine. Each pack contains 10 sheets of the same variant: for an even wall, choose one effect and order all the packs together.
Where to use stone effect 3D wall panels
The photos show the sheets behind a kitchen worktop and on a living room wall, but they are also used in the bedroom behind the bed, in the hallway or at the entrance. Brown, with its warm tones, goes well with the wood and textiles of a living room; Grey suits the kitchen, and Retro suits a bedroom or a finished basement. In the kitchen keep the cladding at least 30 cm from the centre of the hobs, and the same applies to fireplaces, as the supplier advises. They are designed for interior walls: the supplier advises against outdoor use, floors and showers, where they would be in direct contact with water.

Frequently asked questions
How many packs do I need?
One pack covers 0.9 m². Measure the wall in square metres, add 10% for cuts and divide by 0.9. For a 2.5 × 1 m wall, that is 2.5 m², and with the 10% extra you reach 2.75 m²: you need 4 packs. Order everything together, because different batches may vary slightly in shade.
Can they go on any wall?
No. The supplier indicates them for smooth, clean surfaces: smooth paint, ceramic tile, glass, acrylic panels, metal and wood. It advises against unpainted plasterboard, orange-peel plaster, brick, stone, filler and greasy surfaces, where the adhesive does not grip well. They are not suitable for outdoor use or floors.
Can they go over kitchen tiles?
Yes, smooth ceramic tile is one of the surfaces the supplier lists. Degrease the tiles well and let them dry before fitting. Deep joints reduce the contact area, so press firmly with the spatula there too. Keep the cladding at least 30 cm from the centre of the hobs.
How do they come off?
The supplier advises warming the adhesive with a hairdryer or heat gun and pulling slowly, starting from the corners. On painted walls there is still a risk of taking some paint off or leaving glue residue, especially if the paint is recent or grips poorly.
