Wall height chart: measurements and material

You receive 2 sheets, each 30 cm tall and 60 cm wide. The first holds the graduated scale, split into two strips, one from 50 to 90 and one from 100 to 150, plus the balloon strings and some hearts. The second holds the pink balloon with small white flowers, the bunny, the greyish blue bow and more hearts. Mounted, the chart measures about 160 cm tall and 44 cm wide. The material is PVC.

How to put up the wall height chart

The supplier does not include fitting instructions, so here are some general tips. Clean and dry the wall, and measure up from the floor with a metre rule: if you want to read the real height, the 50 mark goes 50 cm from the floor. Draw a vertical line with a spirit level and test the layout with masking tape. Between the two strips of the scale, check with the metre rule that the marks are the right distance apart before you press them on.

An honest tip: when you take it off, a wall that was painted recently may lose some paint.

Bunny, balloon and hearts: the look on the wall

The design has soft tones: the balloon is pink with small white flowers, the bunny is beige with pink ears and holds on to the string below, the hearts are pink and the scale is dark grey. The photos show the chart on white walls in light nursery rooms. Some supplier images also show other stickers, such as a hot air balloon, blue or yellow balloons and clouds: these are not part of this set.

Where to use the wall height chart

The supplier recommends it for walls. The photos show it in a nursery, next to a chair, a wooden shelf and a cot. Choose a clear wall with no furniture in front of it, and a spot where the chart stays in view. The scale runs from 50 to 150: it does not measure below 50 or above 150.

A corner near a door or a low shelf.
A hallway at home, if the wall is smooth and clean.

Frequently asked questions

How tall is the chart once mounted?

Mounted as in the photos, the chart measures about 160 cm tall and about 44 cm wide. The graduated scale runs from 50 to 150, so it only measures between those two heights. Before you order, check that the wall has about 160 cm free, from the bunny at the bottom to the balloon at the top.

What does the set contain?

It contains 2 sheets of 30 × 60 cm. The first has the graduated scale in two strips and some hearts; the second has the pink balloon, the bunny and more hearts. The other stickers that appear in some supplier photos are not included, such as the hot air balloon, the blue and yellow balloons, the clouds and the little birds.

What height should I start from?

The scale starts at 50. To read the real height, the 50 mark goes 50 cm from the floor: measure up from the floor with a rigid metre rule and draw a line with a spirit level. The bunny sits below the 50 mark, so leave space underneath too, above the skirting board.

Which walls can it go on?

The supplier does not state suitable surfaces. In general, smooth, clean and dry walls work; avoid rough render, embossed wallpaper and fresh paint. If you are not sure, test with a small piece, such as one heart, in a hidden spot.

Does it come off without leaving marks?

We cannot guarantee it: it depends on the wall and how long it has been up. To remove it, lift one corner and pull slowly, close to the wall. On fresh or delicate paint some paint may come off, so test first in a hidden spot.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after payment; you receive the tracking number by email. The maximum delivery time is 15 business days: if it is not met, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Can I return the product?

Yes: you have 30 days from delivery to return the unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. All the details are in the return policy.
