Tile stickers 25 × 25 cm: size and material

The pack contains 5 identical sheets, all in the model you choose. Each sheet measures 25.4 × 25.4 cm and reproduces 16 rectangular tiles, arranged in two rows of eight. Five sheets cover about 0.32 m²: for 1 m² you need about 16 sheets, that is 4 packs. The material given by the supplier is PET, with PU adhesive. In the photos the surface is glossy and has a slight relief between one tile and the next. The supplier warns that the colour may not be identical from one production batch to another: if you have to cover a large surface, order all the packs at once.

How to fit tile stickers

Each sheet has a self-adhesive back covered by a base paper: you remove it and press the sheet against the wall, as in the photo. First clean and dry the surface, which must be smooth. The supplier advises against freshly painted walls and says to wait until the paint has fully cured, at least four to six weeks. For the first sheet, cut off half of the border with a cutter, using a ruler, to get a straight line. Then line up the edges and overlap the sheets always in the same direction, as in the supplier's diagram. For edges and sockets you can cut them with scissors. An honest tip: a strong adhesive can take some paint off when peeled.

Six models, six colours

The six models share the same tile size and design: only the colour changes. Model 1 is cream, 2 blue, 3 pink, 4 white, 5 green and 6 light blue, as shown in the photos of each model. Pink and light blue have slight shade variations from one tile to another; blue and green alternate lighter and darker tones; cream and white are flat, uniform tints. On screen the colour may differ from the real one. For a wall in two colours, order one pack per model: each pack contains only the colour you chose.

Where to use tile stickers

The supplier suggests them for kitchen and bathroom splashbacks and for renewing walls. It lists fridges, furniture, tiles, windows and switch plates among the surfaces. The photos show them behind a sink tap, above a bathroom washbasin and on a house wall. The supplier sets limits: do not apply them where there is direct contact with water, do not place them near flames, and do not fit them less than about 40 cm from a gas hob. To clean them, a damp cloth is enough, with no abrasive products.

How many sheets do I need for a splashback?

One sheet covers about 0.065 m² and five sheets about 0.32 m². For a splashback 60 cm high and 2 m wide, that is 1.2 m², you need about 19 sheets: four packs of 5, making 20 sheets in total. Allow a few extra sheets if you have to cut around sockets, corners or shelves.

Are the colours the same from one order to the next?

This is not guaranteed. The supplier warns that, because of different production batches, the colour may not be exactly the same, and advises ordering the full quantity you need at once. If you need another pack later, the colour may differ slightly from the one you have already fitted.

Can they be fitted near the hobs?

The supplier does not give a maximum temperature. It only says not to leave them in contact with flames and not to fit them less than about 40 cm from a gas hob. For that reason we do not state any heat resistance: keep them at the distance indicated and away from flames and pans.

Can they be used in the bathroom or the shower?

The supplier advises against fitting them where there is direct contact with water, so not inside the shower. In the bathroom you can consider an area that is not reached by direct, constant splashes, for example above a washbasin. We do not state any water resistance, as it has not been tested.

How are they removed and cleaned?

To remove a sheet, the supplier suggests warming the adhesive with a hairdryer and pulling slowly, starting from the corners. On a painted wall some paint may still come off. For cleaning, use a damp cloth: the supplier advises against abrasive products.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after payment; you receive the tracking number by email. The maximum delivery time is 15 business days: if it is not met, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.
